3 Account Registration

User Inputs

When using our AI generation features, you are responsible for the content you input, including text prompts and uploaded images. You agree not to input content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
• Depicting violence, explicit content, or hate speech
• Designed to deceive or mislead

Generated Content Ownership

Subject to plan restrictions, you retain rights to the coloring pages generated from your inputs. However:

We retain a license to use generated content for improving our AI models and services, but will not sell or commercially exploit your specific creations.

Curated Content

Coloring pages from our curated library are provided for personal use. Commercial use requires a Business or Enterprise plan with appropriate licensing.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content

7 Print-on-Demand Services

When ordering printed coloring books:

• Prices include printing and standard shipping unless otherwise noted
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• We work with third-party fulfillment partners to produce and ship orders
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Customs duties for international orders are the recipient's responsibility
